This notice explains how Inknovio Tech handles information when you browse the website, send an inquiry, or use an account. It describes the current website implementation and should be reviewed as services and vendors change.

Information we receive
Depending on how you use the site, we may receive your name, email address, account details, product and campaign information, estimated advertising spend, message contents, selected platforms, and information you choose to provide with a strategy request. A strategy request may include a product image. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, or sensitive personal information through general inquiry forms.
When you create or use an account, the site processes account and project information to provide account features. The hosting and network services may also process technical request information such as IP address, browser, and request logs.
How we use information
- Respond to questions and prepare or deliver requested services.
- Operate accounts, authenticate users, and maintain project records.
- Protect the service, prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors, and meet legal obligations.
- Send service-related email, such as inquiry replies or account verification messages.
Storage, service providers, and retention
Inquiry and account information may be stored in the service database and may be sent to our configured email provider so we can respond. The website is delivered and operated using hosting, serverless, database, email, and communications providers. Depending on the deployed configuration, these may include Cloudflare, Netlify, Turso, an SMTP/email provider, and Twilio for optional account-recovery messages.
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to an inquiry, provide services, operate an account, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. No fixed retention schedule is currently published. Please contact us to request access, correction, or deletion; requests are handled subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
Product images submitted with a strategy request are used to assess or respond to that request. Temporary or serverless storage behavior can differ by deployment; do not submit an image unless you have the right to share it.
Cookies and similar technologies
The account feature uses a session cookie to keep a user signed in. It is configured as HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and as Secure in production. Essential session functionality may not work if the cookie is blocked. Hosting or service providers may also use technical storage needed to operate and secure their services.
Third-party advertising, Google AdSense, and personalized ads
Google AdSense is not currently installed in the website code. If third-party advertising is enabled in the future, Google and other advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to store or access information on your device and to deliver, measure, or personalize ads, subject to your settings and applicable requirements. We will update this notice to reflect the actual advertising configuration.

You may also review industry opt-out tools at the Network Advertising Initiative and Digital Advertising Alliance. These controls are browser/device-specific and may not stop all advertising.
External services and links
The site currently loads some third-party resources, including Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS CDN, and links to external sites. Those services have their own privacy practices. Review their policies when using them. No analytics or advertising pixel was identified in the site source reviewed for this implementation; separately configured hosting or tag integrations should be checked before publication.
International visitors and your choices
Inknovio Tech serves an international audience. Information may be processed in a country different from where you live, depending on the providers used to operate the site.
